Wholesale Information

At Princess Natural Hair our wholesale orders start from the minimum of 5kg. In order to qualify for our wholesale products, we advise you to register your business. If you are just starting your business in natural hair trading, you have a Retail Shop or a Salon and would like to carry our products for resale, please call or email us for our wholesale prices. All our wholesalers are supposed to register their trade in the UK or in your trading country. By failing to do so, please note that we are not responsible if you do not follow our advice.

Because our wholesale products are customized according to a specific description of the customer there are no refunds however exchanges are accepted. (Exchanges are made by unclean hair e.g. nets and too much grey hair)

Discounts:

There is a 5% discount for our first time costumers. For existing or regular clients we will arrange a discount after agreeing on regular orders.

Payment options:

For wholesale orders within the UK we prefer bank transfer and for international orders we accept payment via Western Union, Money Gram or Bank Transfer (for other transfer options please contact our wholesale team).

Shipment information and options:

At Princess Natural Hair we ship international to all destinations. Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight of the goods you order. We use DHL, UPS, EMS or any method of your choice to ship your products.

Delivery Schedule:

Production is immediately started after payment. Your order is normally sent out after 14 working days. Because of the quality check at Princess Natural Hair international orders are generally received a few working days after the quality check. Please allow a few days to pass before contacting us further if your goods have not arrived.

If any product you receive is faulty, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Please remember to place your order with utmost attention. All Natural Hair products are final and non-refundable. Exchanges are accepted (Exchanges are made by unclean hair e.g. nets and too much gray hair), first time exchanges are accepted without any shipment charges. Shipment charges will be made on all further exchanges. Due to hygienic reasons exchanges are accepted - only for items which are UNUSED AND FOUND IN THEIR ORIGINAL STATE; all exchanges must be returned in the original package. Exchanges on wholesale hair are to be made within 14 working days.

Minimum order 5kg = (100g X 50 pieces)

Discount of 5% for first time client

Every 5kg contains 50 weft ( 2 weft is needed for a head )

All our machine, hand tied and Micro thin weft hair will Decrease in apporox. 2 - 3 inches in length after weft has been Made.

Wholesale purchases are available upon request. The minimum order of a wholesale purchase is 5kg.
